From the moment you confirm payment, we follow a structured onboarding process designed to keep you informed at every stage.

• Upon confirmation of payment, a dedicated consultant will be assigned to you within 24 hours.
• Your consultant will guide you through account setup and profile creation on our client portal, where you can track progress, upload documents, receive notifications, and initiate additional services.
• All approvals, forms, information, and decisions related to your application will be uploaded to your profile and updated as your case progresses.
• Please allow up to five working days from payment confirmation for full account setup and onboarding to be completed.

The decision to grant a visa, permit, or entry authorization rests solely with the relevant consulate, embassy, or immigration authority and cannot be directly influenced by any third party, including Brighterlane International.

For programmes such as Canadian permanent residence, eligibility is governed by published immigration law and policy. Outcomes depend on factors including medical admissibility, criminal history, immigration record, proof of funds, and the accuracy of information submitted.

Our fees cover consultancy, processing, and support services only, not the value of any visa or travel product.

• Full payment is required upfront before service commencement.
• We do not offer payment-after-visa-issuance arrangements.
• Installment plans are not available unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• Fees are not discounted based on the number of applicants or the perceived value of a visa outcome.

• Once service has commenced following payment, no refunds will be issued if you voluntarily withdraw from the process for personal reasons.
• In the event of death of the principal applicant, Brighterlane International may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund of not less than 50% of fees paid.

We treat every client with respect and expect the same in return. These guidelines protect both clients and our staff throughout the service relationship.

• A dedicated consultant is assigned to each client. All correspondence should be directed through your assigned consultant for proper coordination.
• If any issue arises, you may request to speak with a supervisor. Unresolved matters may be escalated to management.
• We welcome feedback on service quality, including communication delays or missed updates, so we can continuously improve.
• Offensive, abusive, or derogatory language directed at our staff is not tolerated. We reserve the right to issue formal reminders and, after repeated violations, terminate services without refund.
• Physical abuse or threats toward staff will result in immediate termination of services without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
